Organisation and administration are key for Marijke. Since 2007 she provides management support in the domains of HR, finance and corporate housekeeping to Finindus.

Having started off her professional life as a teacher, she quickly switched to the private sector where she was first employed as purchaser and later as management assistant in a Belgian based metal cable support systems production company.
