As Investment Associate, Ruben scouts for and analyses investment opportunities within the scope of Finindus. In addition he assists the portfolio companies of Finindus in their growth trajectory.

Having a background in engineering, manufacturing automation and operational excellence, Ruben developed a broader passion for business strategy and investing. He like to combined his insights to innovation and (thoughtful) capital allocation.
Ruben started his career as automation research engineer at the KU Leuven Technology Campus in Ghent. Prior to joining Finindus, he gained a broad industrial experience in several operational, project management and innovation roles for Barco.
