OCAS is a world class metals research centre with campuses in Zelzate and Zwijnaarde (Belgium), co-located with and operating under the same holding company as Finindus. It is one of the 12 global R&D facilities of the ArcelorMittal group, but, as a joint venture between ArcelorMittal and the Flemish Region, it also provides research and technical services to third parties. OCAS has extensive expertise in metallurgy, surface engineering and all structural elements of steel applications and solutions.
